- producer, director, design manager
- system engineer, web-designer, instructor
- assistant system
And the subjects accompanying division of labor are such as :
- Guideline/framework of course/education
- Motivation toward the work
- Creativeness toward the work
- FD
As to the work content, its division might be :

However, cutting off "web-contents making" from the works of the instructor is implausible, by the following reason :
- Contens updating (add/modify/delete ) is of frequent occurrence.
  - Everytime an instructor prepares a class or evaluates students' results, s/he will meet many parts which s/he wants to update.
    It is unrealistic (uneconomic) to ask other to update them, explaining every way of updating.
- A variety of ideas on instruction (web-design) is suppressed when the contents-making (web-design) is of order-made.
  - Originally, every instruction is of strong individuality. This should not be suppressed, but highly recommended.
- The web-contents making is what the instructor can learn and master.
Even the design of system/database should belong to each instructor, if possible, because it is such as progresses by responding to each dissatisfaction of instructor and to each student feedback.
