International Federation for Information Processing's Teleteaching 96 Conference is one of three IFIP'96 conferences to be held at the National Convention Centre, Canberra, Australia, 2-6 September, 1996. However, the major thrust of Teleteaching 96 will be a virtual conference. Thousands, including students, will participate from their desktop or from Local Access Points internationally. Non-virtual delegates will at times visit schools, universities and studios in Canberra to join virtual participants. Even some social events will be virtual!
