    わたしたちは，「円を認識できる」という意味で「円」を知っています。
    学校数学での「円」の主題は，「円をつくれる」，すなわち「円という形を実現できる」という意味で，円を知ることです。

    実際，数学は，「つくる」という形で「円」をとらえます。そしてこの構成の要素として，「中心」と「半径」が導入されます。

    以下が，数学での「円」のとらえ方です：


    There is a big gap between "being able to recognize" and "being able to make". While our concern stays at "recognition", there is no mathematics. When "production" becomes an issue, mathematis comes.

    In fact, "being able to introduce the concept of center and radius" is not trivial. Center and radius are invisible. Things of the shape of circle, by themselves, does not imply "center" and "radius". They are our creation.

    Remember. Mathematics is a tool for production which human beings created and have been developing.
