    • pip のバージョン確認
        $ pip --version (または -V)

    • pip を最新版にアップグレード
        $ pip install -U pip

    • パッケージのインストール
        $ pip install (パッケージ名)

    • パッケージのアップデート
        $ pip install -U (パッケージ名)

    • パッケージの削除
        $ pip uninstall (パッケージ名)

    • pip コマンドのオプション一覧
        $ pip (コマンド名) -h

    重要 :
    pip をアップグレードした後は，pip コマンドを「python -m pip」コマンドに替える。
    ( m は, "module" の意)
    1. python, pip3 のバージョンを確認
        $ python3 --version Python 3.7.3 $ pip -V
        　または，
        $ pip3 --version pip 18.1 from /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/pip (python 3.7)

    2. pip を最新版にアップグレード
