Design is an enterprise of shifting the given to a well-being.
In the case of organization design, because the diversity of individuals is the element of organization, organizatonal well-being and organization shift, the activation/release of the diversity becomes the main issue. Thus, designer turns her/his concern toward the diversity rather than the commonness of individuals.
'Activating/releasing diversity of individuals' strategy is not the same as "one-on-one" strategy.
Its basic idea is 'making/serving a field/space where diversity of individuals is activated/released'.
Thus, the organization design is the design of 'field/space where diversity of individuals is well-activated/released'.
Introducing these as conceptual framework for practicing organization design, the author proposes measures and method of organization design, which he confirmed throught his professional practice of organization design, that is, course/class design at teather training course.
