Diversity of individuals, as a whole, forms the culture/tradition of organization, or the disposition of organization.
The organization designer (organizer), heading for a new organization, coordinates/controlls members' diverse individualities encouraging, inspiring, reinforcing, cooling, keeping calmed, benting particular individualities.
With hindsight, what the organization designer achieved is to make such a contrivance/course as leads an integration of members' diverse individualities, which itself is a content of the organizational shift. In this sense, the organization designer is the course designer.
